I think we all share in the excitement of traveling south to Belize...if only to get away from this frigid artic weather!
We're doing an anti-bullying workshop and we're excited to be teaching about such a hot button topic right now. The kids will learn about the different people involved with bullying, including different bystanders and ways to be a good defender. They will also create little skits that demonstrate their understanding of the different types of bullying (cyber, physical, verbal etc) These have proved entertaining in the past and a good way to get the kids to open up and facilitate discussion.
My greatest concern is coming back with some sort of terrible disease, but I saw in a movie once that windex will probably clear that right up so
